1. Sign Up

  • Click the Sign-Up Button: Both brands and influencers can begin by clicking the sign-up button at the top right of the homepage.
  • Confirm Your Email: After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your email address.
  • Complete Your Profile: You’ll then be redirected to fill in additional profile details. This helps others understand more about you and your goals.

2. Add a Collaboration

  • Click the Pink Button: In the top right corner of your dashboard, you’ll see a pink button to add a collaboration.
  • Fill Out Collaboration Details: Specify what kind of collaborations you’re looking for and provide some information about yourself or your brand. This will help others determine if they’re a good fit for you.
  • Submit for Review: Once you’ve filled out all the necessary details, click submit. We perform a quick manual review to ensure that all collaborations are authentic and free from spam. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email notification once your collaboration is live, giving you full access to the platform.

3. Explore and Find Matches

  • New Tab Access: Once approved, you’ll see a new tab at the top of your dashboard, allowing you to search for brands (if you’re an influencer) or influencers (if you’re a brand).
  • Search and Filter: Use filters to narrow down your search by collaboration type (paid, affiliate, gifted), niche, content requirements, audience demographics, and more.
  • Browse Collaborations: Collaborations are displayed in a neat grid format. You can favorite the ones you’re interested in, view detailed information, or reach out directly using the message button.

4. Request a Match

  • For Influencers: Send a direct message to the brand to express interest and highlight what you can offer.
  • For Brands: Use the “Request to Match” button to provide additional details to the influencer, such as preferred upload dates and exclusivity terms. You can also send a direct message.

5. Track Your Match Requests

  • For Brands: Check the “Match Requests” tab in your account menu to view the status of your sent requests (pending, declined, or accepted).
  • For Influencers: In the same tab, you’ll find all the requests you’ve received. Approve or decline them with a click, or send a message if you need more information before deciding.

6. Confirming a Match

  • For Brands: After an influencer approves your match request, confirm the collaboration by clicking the confirm button in the “Match Requests” tab.
  • Payment Processing: If it’s a paid collaboration, enter your billing details to make a payment to Matchfluence’s escrow account. For gifted or affiliate collaborations, you’ll be charged a $0.30 processing fee, which will be refunded within 24 hours.
  • Collaboration Confirmation: Once the payment or verification is complete, the collaboration status will change to confirmed, and you’re all set to begin your partnership.

7. In-App Communication and Dispute Resolution

  • Agree on Details: Once a collaboration begins, we recommend discussing and agreeing on all the details using our in-app messenger. This ensures there’s a record of your agreement in case of any disputes later. While using the in-app messenger and escrow service is advised for security, it’s not mandatory. You can proceed in a way that works best for you and your collaborator.

8. Active Collaborations Tab

  • Track Collaboration Status: After confirmation, you’ll find the collaboration in the “Active Collaborations” tab in your account menu. Here, influencers can submit content for review, and brands can approve or request revisions. We support almost all file types, making it easy to share and review content.
  • Raise a Dispute: If any issues arise, use the “Dispute” button within this tab to involve Matchfluence as a mediator.

9. Completion, rate, review & Payout

  • Complete the Collaboration: Once both parties are satisfied, the collaboration will be marked as completed.
  • Rate & Review: After completion, both brands and influencers can leave ratings and reviews of each other, providing valuable feedback for future collaborations.
  • Payout Process: For paid collaborations, influencers can request a payout from the dashboard that will appear after their first completed paid collab. The “Payouts” tab will also become visible, where they can check payment status. Note that payouts take 3-5 business days to process.
